Career Accelerator Program
Career Accelerator is a structured, 20-hour program, aiming to develop and strengthen basic skills to help individuals enter and integrate smoothly in the labor market, with focus to young professionals and unemployed youth. The program acts like a "bridge" from the University, or unemployment, to the labor market and provides participants with the necessary skills to start confidently their professional careers.
PRACTICAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS NEEDED
Career Accelerator develops a personalized approach that empowers each individual on the basis of his or her professional interests, personality and his/her professional preferences. The methods used in the program provide a useful theoretical but mainly practical knowledge.
"Career Accelerator" aims to equip individuals for the labor market and support them in starting their professional career in the ‘right foot’. In 20 hours we are accelerating your professional skills and help you answer the question raised after graduating: "And now what?"
WHAT INCLUDES THE CAREER ACCELERATOR
The program is implemented in 3 main stages:Fundamentals
The first stage is an introduction to the program and aims to raise the participant's self-awareness levels and set of professional goals. The focus is on understanding the individuals’ professional interests, previous experience and personality.

The second phase is the core part of the program. Here the following basic skills are developed and the focus is make both ends meet: individual needs/preferences and employer’s needs.

The final stage of the program focuses on integrating the skills developed in Stages 1 and 2. At this stage, participants should be able to combine what they have learned and respond with confidence in various situations they may face during job search or upon starting their career.
3.1 Mock Job Interview- Simulation (1h) Simulation of the job interview process and feedback for the question: Will I hire you? Application for a job post, cv submission, mock job interview, interview feedback. 3.2 Online Coaching Session (1h) What’s next? Deciding your next steps.
METHODS USED
1-on-1 coaching, mentoring, mock-job interviews, exercises for which participants will be asked to prepare off program time, short presentations, experiential exercises, group discussions.
BY THE END OF THE PROGRAM
